New wound care factsheets from QUT now available on Be Wound Aware

Australians living with a wound — or caring for someone who is — now have access to a new range of clear, easy-to-use wound care factsheets created by experts from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Our Be Wound Aware campaign, which aims to educate Australia about the basics of good wound care is proud to have partnered with QUT to share their incredible resources. ![]() Simple, practical and easy to followThe factsheets are written in plain language and include practical checklists to help people with little or no medical background:
Free resources for the communityAll factsheets are available in the factsheets section of woundaware.org, alongside other Be Wound Aware resources designed to support Australians in preventing and managing wounds. If you're living with a wound, recovering from surgery, or caring for a family member or friend, these resources can help you feel more confident about wound care and knowing when to seek help. About Be Wound AwareBe Wound Aware is a national, multi-year campaign focused on improving awareness of wound prevention, early care and healing across Australia.
